We are seeking a Digital Content Engineer who can blend content creation, content engineering, and digital distribution to support TrueLeap’s global learning ecosystem.
Role Overview
As a Digital Content Engineer, you will work at the intersection of content creation, learning design, digital marketing, and AI-enabled content operations. You will transform raw knowledge into structured learning assets AND help distribute that content across TrueLeap and other platforms.
This is a hybrid role combining:
- Content creation & distribution (graphics, social posts, micro-content, short-form copy)
- Digital marketing (social media, newsletters, blogs, campaigns)
This role is ideal for someone who is tech-savvy, creative, detail-oriented, and excited to support global learners through modern digital content workflows.
Key Responsibilities
1. Content Creation & Creative Production- Produce and repurpose visually appealing digital assets in various formats using AI tools.
- Automate and distribute digital content for social media, emails, blogs, etc. platforms.
- Support creators and educators in preparing their materials for digital consumption.
- Manage TrueLeap’s publishing workflow across platforms.
- Schedule, monitor, and optimize posts for engagement and reach based on analytics.
- Coordinate campaigns for product launches, events, partnerships, and announcements.
Preferred Skills
- Leverage AI tools to transform and streamline raw materials into structured and scalable digital assets for multiple formats and platforms.
- Experience with social media platforms (LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, X, WeChat, etc) and analytics tools.
- Video editing and graphic design skills for content generation and management.
- Multilingual skills (English + French/Spanish/Arabic/Swahili) are valuable for global operations.
- Comfortable learning new tools quickly and collaborating with multifaceted teams.
