- Go to Settings → Manage Account → Delete Account
- Follow the on-screen instructions

3. Identity Verification
- Email confirmation or OTP verification
- Additional identity verification in certain cases
4. What Data Will Be Deleted
When your account is deleted, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Profile information (name, email, phone number)
- Login credentials
- User settings and preferences
- Uploaded content and activity history
All personal data associated with your account will be permanently deleted, except where retention is required for legal, security, or compliance purposes.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.
5. What Data May Be Retained
Certain limited data may be retained where necessary, including:
- Billing and transaction records (for tax and legal compliance)
- Security and fraud prevention logs (to detect abuse and maintain platform integrity)
Such data will be retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill these purposes.
6. Data Retention Timeline
- Account deletion processing: within 5–10 business days
- Backup systems: data may persist for up to 30–90 days before permanent removal
7. Impact of Account Deletion
- Permanent loss of access to your account
- All associated data will be deleted and cannot be recovered
- Active subscriptions may be canceled
8. Subscription and Billing
- Users are advised to cancel active subscriptions before requesting deletion
- Refunds, if applicable, will be handled according to our refund policy
9. Third-Party Services
If your account is linked to third-party services, you may need to disconnect them separately.
We are not responsible for data stored by third-party services.
10. Security and Fraud Prevention
We may retain limited information where necessary to prevent fraud, detect abuse, and ensure platform security, in accordance with applicable laws.
11. Children’s Data
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If such data is identified, it will be deleted promptly upon request.
